St. Luke’s COVID-19 wards in QC, Taguig hit full capacity
St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) on Monday reported that its COVID-19 wards and critical care units in Quezon City and Taguig are at full capacity.
On Facebook, the private hospital advised those seeking immediate treatment to call other hospitals as SLMC also has patients in line at the emergency rooms.
“Be assured that we will keep the public updated. For now, we appeal to everyone to help prevent the rapid spread of COVID-19 in the community by continuously adhering to health and safety protocols,” read the issued advisory.
The Department of Health earlier reported that the country is now at high risk for the coronavirus disease.
