F2 Logistics bids farewell, disbands PVL team

MANILA, Philippines: On the eve of the 2nd All Filipino Conference Finals, Premier Volleyball League (PVL) team F2 Logistics Cargo Movers has announced that they are ceasing operations after eight years.

The team made the announcement on its Facebook page on Wednesday night.

“As we shift our focus to the grassroots and put to a halt the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, we thank our ever-loyal supporters that have been with the team through the victories and the losses,” the team wrote.

F2 Logistics had six championships: Five with the Philippine Super Liga and the Philippine National Volleyball Federation Champions League.

The team, whose recent roster include Aby Maraño, Myra Pablo, Kim Fajardo, and Kim Kianna Dy, had a 4-7 record in the recent 2nd All Filipino Conference.

F2 stated that they will remain committed in supporting the growth of Philippine volleyball through the grassroots level, including the De La Salle University Lady Spikers and later the University of Perpetual Help.
